Dr. Maryanne Giuliante
Dr. Maryanne Giuliante is a triple board-certified nurse practitioner with thirty years of clinical experience. Over these three decades, Dr. Giuliante has worked in world-class healthcare organizations such as Columbia Presbyterian, New York University, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She has a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Rutgers University and has degrees as both an Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Giuliante is also a college professor at world class universities, teaching nurse practitioners getting Masters and Doctorate degrees, as well as undergraduate students seeking to become nurses.

Botox Services Offered
Forehead (frontalis)
The Forehead is a very common place for Botox administration. Botox will limit the movement of your forehead muscle, which will diminish the appearance of wrinkles in this area. This injection must be done together with a glabellar (11's) injection. Cost for Botox treatment to frontalis and glabellar areas range from $300-$500.
Glabellar (11's)
The glabellar region is located above your eyebrows and forms the "11's" that are often seen with frowns. Botox here will cause the muscles to relax in this region, thereby decreasing the appearance of the "11's". Cost for Botox treatment to glabellar area range from $200-250.
Crow's Feet
Crow's Feet are the small horizontal lines that form with smiling, and add to the appearance of aging. Botox here will cause the muscles to relax. You will still be able to smile, but without those pesky wrinkles! Cost for treatment to crow's feet on both sides range from $240-$300 total.
"Water Bottle" Lines
These lines, also known as "smoker's lines", are formed over years of puckering those lips. They're not found just on the face of smokers! Botox around the lips can relax these muscles, diminishing the appearance of small lines. These lines are often more noticeable when applying lipstick. The color often "bleeds" into these lines, highlighting their presence. Cost for treatment to this area is about $40.00
Masseter
Masseter injections can be performed for both aesthetic and/or treatment purposes. For aesthetic purposes, Botox in these muscles decreases the bulkiness in the jaw, thereby revealing a slimmer appearance to the face. For those with Temporomandibular joint pain (TMJ), these muscles can be relaxed, limiting the grinding of the teeth and decreasing pain. Cost for treatment to this area ranges from about $300-$600 total.
Temporalis
Injections of Botox here are only for symptom relief (not aesthetic). Those with migraines often find significant relief with Botox injected into these muscles. This may help to decrease the frequency and or intensity of migraine pain. Cost for this area varies greatly, depending on the sites and intensity of pain, as well as size of temporalis muscle.
Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) of palm
Botox is often used to block the nerve signals responsible for generating sweat in the palm. Botox in this area will not affect functionality of the palm, but can often have a profound impact on the quality of life for those affected with this disorder. Cost for treatment to both palms is about $1000.
Lip Flip
The "lip flip" has become a popular way of naturally enhancing your upper lip shape. The change is subtle and natural-looking. Cost for treatment to lip is about $40.00

Cheek Fillers
As we age, we lose volume in our cheeks, pulling down the natural lifted appearance of the youthful face. Restylane Dermal Fillers are used to restore volume to the cheeks, pulling up skin to eliminate sagging jowls and pronounced nasolabial folds (the indentation lines on either side of the mouth that extend from the edge of the nose to the mouth’s outer corners).

Nasolabial Folds
Nasolabial folds are creases in your skin extending from your nose to the corners of your mouth. They're also called smile lines or laugh lines. These lines form when our face looses volume, causing the skin to sag. The basis for volume restoration in the face often starts with lifting the cheeks. After that, we can treat these residual lines directly with filler, injected into the nasolabial folds themselves, offering the face a more youthful look!
Lip Fillers
As we age, our lips loose collagen. This loss creates small wrinkles on the lips and around them as well . Soft tissue sags a bit, contributing to the "deflated" look of lips, much like a balloon that has been inflated and deflated too many times. Fillers restore volume instantly, and can be titrated to your desired look (no duck lips!).
Under Eye Filler
As we age, the fat pads under our eyes sometimes drops a bit, creating a sunken hollow appearance. This may cast a shadow under the eyes, causing dark circles. Small amounts on filler, placed safely under the eye, can restore the volume, creating a more rested, youthful appearance.
Marionette Lines
Marionette lines, a.k.a. oral commissures, are the lines that run from the corners of the mouth downward toward the jawline. When deep, these lines can resemble the lines seen on the chins of marionette puppets. Placing filler here can restore volume and smooth out the skin around the jaw, offering a more youthful appearance.
